Dean Whaley took the bait on a post challenging the following:

Prove to us that your constitutional rights are being violated by taxing you to pay for our societal safety nets. You can find the Constitution online at the link below.

If you use the "original intent of the founding fathers" in your argument, you must first show how perfect agreement on each issue existed between George Washington, Charles Coatsworth Pinkney, Alexander Hamilton, James Mason, Governeur Morris and James Wilson. Then you must cite their specific objection to using taxes for such programs.

Needless to say, he failed to cut the mustard n his first comment:

He then failed again on his second attempt, but tried to be clever:

His third and fourth attempts were even worse:

Whaley kept coming back and repeatedly asked for answer that had already been provided. Another visitor to the page joined in the dialog as well to provide information for Whaley, but to no avail. Whaley just kept at it, oblivious to how foolish he was proving himself to be.
